Cooperation with Totalite: from prototype to production
On January 30, we proudly signed a production contract with Totalite, part of Fugro, developer and manufacturer of advanced optical monitoring systems.
After a successful collaboration during the prototype and beta phases, we are now responsible for purchasing, final assembly and complete testing of the final product. We are very happy that we have received the confidence to also start the zero and production series.
A great milestone in this project is that our cleanroom, which was previously used to glue displays and mounting brackets to cover glass (including PCAP sensors), is now being used even more widely within the production process. Production involves multiple complex assembly steps and thorough testing. This includes various pre-assembly activities, such as dust-free mounting of the optical core, followed by the complete assembly and final test of the product.
All actions are carefully carried out and accurately documented, so that we can guarantee full traceability of the process.
